Okay, so, perhaps I could have thought of a much more original title. But I’ve never been good at that. Basically, this is the very first post of this site. Even though this domain was registered in September, it took me 2 whole months to complete just the layout. I personally believe that that’s way too much time for one layout. But I had to learn new techniques for this layout. I’m a self-taught web designer with no professional study about web designing. I’ve always wanted to create a CSS only layout. Before this, I have always used a tables layout. But, even I know that CSS layouts are more flexible. So I bought magazines and read tutorials on-line about CSS and this is the result. There was this one more thing that I wanted: to switch from html to xhtml. I didn’t knew that there isn’t much difference between these two. xhtml is more strict and even tags like br (line break) and img (image) have to be closed. As for the rest, it’s basically the same. Btw, this site is xhtml valid :)

Enough about technical stuff. Let’s see… this is going to be blog. I’m not new to blogging. I’ve had a blog before, two actually. My last blog went off-line in May. I guess, it was time to buy a domain/hosting myself.

Today was a free day for me, actually, I never have classes on Friday. Yesterday, I went shopping and bought some stuff too. I wanted a body warmer and slippers. And like always I went to the comic/manga store, and bought two manga’s. Genshiken vol. 01 and Kanna vol. 01. Kanna seems to be pretty new.

I’ve an exam about public press&public relations on Monday, and about sales tax on Tuesday. And tomorrow a few relatives are coming over because of my little sister’s birthday. She will turn 8 on Sunday. Our house will be filled with little kids the whole weekend. When am I supposed to study? * sigh* I think I’ll wake up early tomorrow to study a little.
